Accumulated Sweepstakes Coins (SC) can be redeemed for valuable cash prizes or digital gift cards. Follow this guide to prepare your account and submit request tickets.

The Verification Step (KYC)

Before your first redemption, you must verify your identity. This is a one-time safety check required by sweepstakes regulators:

• Photo ID: A clear upload of your driver’s license, state ID card, or passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement issued within the last 90 days.

Submitting a Redemption Request

1. Open the side menu and click Redeem.
2. Select your payment method (e.g. Bank Transfer or Digital Gift Card).
3. Enter the amount of SC you wish to redeem (Min. 50 SC for gift cards, Min. 100 SC for bank transfers).
4. Review the details and submit.

Processing Times

• Gift Cards: Typically delivered to your verified email within 24 hours.
• Bank Transfers (ACH): Usually takes between 2 to 4 business days to settle in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing speeds.
